Pipeline Co., Insurer Sue Navy Over Fla. Fuel Spill

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 7:03 PM EDT) -- Key West Pipeline Co. and Gotham Insurance Co. sued the U.S. Navy on Monday to recover cleanup costs stemming from a 2007 jet fuel leak at a naval station in Key West.

KWPC and its insurer said the Navy and Defense Energy Support Center failed to uphold its end of an operating agreement that governed KWPC's transportation and storage of fuel for the Navy base.
