Texas Wildfire Victims Sue Bluebonnet For Negligence

Law360, New York (September 27, 2011, 3:26 PM EDT) -- Three Bastrop County, Texas, residents on Monday hit Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative Inc. with the first lawsuit over a historic wildfire that ravaged more than 34,000 acres, claiming the utility committed gross negligence by failing to properly maintain its easements.
