Exxon Says Construction Co. Is Liable for Asbestos

Law360, New York (June 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Seeking to avoid liability in nearly 90 lawsuits alleging injuries related to asbestos exposure, Exxon Mobil Corp. has sued the construction company that employed the workers who filed the suits.

Exxon filed suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against construction company Turner Industries Group LLC.
