J&J Continues To Face Prosthetic Knee Suits

Law360 (June 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Several years ago, Johnson & Johnson and its medical device unit DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. faced more than 50 product liability suits alleging that their knee implants were defective, and similar suits continue to be filed today.
