ITC To Probe HTC Patent Claims Against Apple

Law360, New York (September 27, 2011, 7:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Tuesday that it would investigate allegations made by HTC Corp. in a complaint that seeks to bar the importation of Apple Inc. products including iPads and iPhones because they allegedly infringe several HTC patents.
