Tyco Directors Still Unsure After Judge's Dismissal

Law360 (June 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Former outside directors of Tyco International have asked a federal judge to confirm that they really are off the hook, after the court last week tossed out a securities suit by a former executive but proffered no reasons.

The nine ex-directors filed a request with the New Hampshire district court on Tuesday seeking clarification that the putative class action was dismissed, in its entirety, as to all defendants, including themselves.
