NY Unveils, Seeks Public Comment On Fracking Rules

Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 7:50 PM EDT) -- New York’s environmental regulator on Wednesday rolled out a set of proposed rules for hydraulic fracturing, the controversial extraction process energy companies want to use to drill for natural gas in the state’s portion of the Marcellus Shale.
