Law360, San Diego (September 28, 2011, 6:56 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday rejected Psystar Corp.’s copyright misuse argument that Apple Inc.’s licensing agreement requiring its Mac OS X operating system to run only on Apple computers was unenforceable, affirming an injunction barring Psystar from infringing the technology giant’s software.
