Calif. High Court Won't Halt State's Cap-And-Trade Work

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 5:16 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to stop the state from working on proposed cap-and-trade emissions regulations, dealing a blow to environmental justice advocates who say such regulations would do little to combat pollution in poor communities.
