US Says Fed. Circ. Ruling Should End Entergy Dispute

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 7:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. on Thursday renewed its push to slash $25 million in interest from a spent nuclear fuel contract dispute with Entergy Gulf States Inc., saying the Federal Circuit's ruling in a similar case Wednesday took the issue off the table for Entergy.
