Law360, New York (September 30, 2011, 1:49 PM EDT) -- A North Carolina federal judge on Thursday rejected Butterball LLC's bid to decertify a class of workers at a turkey processing plant who claim the company illegally failed to compensate them for time spent putting on and removing protective gear.
