Law360, New York (September 30, 2011, 4:17 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge on Wednesday again rejected Baltimore’s bid to conduct a loan analysis it claimed would prove Wells Fargo & Co. violated the federal Fair Housing Act by engaging in shady lending practices that discriminated against black homeowners.
