Judge Won't Restart Auto Parts Price Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (September 30, 2011, 3:39 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday refused to revive a price discrimination suit against Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Autozone Inc. and several other auto parts makers and retailers, finding that a proposed amended complaint failed to cure the deficiencies that got the suit dismissed.
