Truck Makers Can't Escape Transmission Antitrust Suit

Law360, San Diego (September 30, 2011, 7:12 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge on Friday kept intact a bankrupt vehicle transporter’s proposed class action alleging Mack Trucks Inc. and other truck makers conspired to maintain Eaton Corp.'s monopoly power in the market for transmissions used in large trucks.
