Righthaven Dealt Big Defeat In Blogger Copyright Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 30, 2011, 9:49 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge Tuesday dealt a devastating blow to copyright-holding company Righthaven LLC, granting summary judgment and awarding attorneys' fees to blogger Leland Wolf in a crucial test of the company’s high-profile infringement campaign against hundreds of defendants.
