AIG Directors To Blame For Financial Troubles: Suit

Law360 (June 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Former American International Group Inc. Chairman Maurice R. “Hank” Greenberg has sued current and former executives of the insurer and its outside advisors in a legal volley over who is to blame for billions of dollars in earnings restatements and settlements at the company.
