Court Dismisses Antitrust Suit Against Deutsche Bank

Law360, New York (June 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A lawsuit against Deutsche Bank AG charging the firm with breach of contract and of fiduciary duty for allegedly dissolving an investment trust prematurely must be filed on behalf of the trust as a derivative lawsuit, and not by the investors in the trust, said a federal appeals court Tuesday.
