Producers, Insurer Settle 'Expendables' Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 3:23 PM EDT) -- A movie production company and its insurer told a Louisiana federal court on Thursday that they had settled a coverage dispute stemming from the temporary shutdown of production on the 2010 action film “The Expendables.”

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed. An attorney for the production company, Alta Vista Productions LLC, told Law360 on Monday that the terms were “100 percent secret.”
