Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 4:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to review a decision that faith-based humanitarian organizations are exempt from the prohibition against religious discrimination in hiring, in a case brought by former World Vision Inc. employees who were fired for their beliefs.
