Supreme Court Won't Take Up WARN Suit Against DHL

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 6:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal from two ex-DHL Express Inc. workers seeking to revive a proposed Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act class action and asking for a determination of what constitutes a voluntary departure under the act.
