High Court Won't Weigh Challenge To Calif. Emissions Rule

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 9:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear the National Association of Home Builders' challenge to the validation of a California pollution control district's air emissions rule that the association argued was preempted by the Clean Air Act.
