Barnes Bay Creditors Cleared To Sue In Anguilla

Law360, Wilmington (October 3, 2011, 4:30 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Monday cleared disgruntled creditors of Barnes Bay Development Ltd. to seek redress in court on the island of Anguilla, where the debtors’ luxury resort is located, but kept the case open for the limited purpose of determining fees owed to professionals.
