RDN Exits Auto Repo Technology Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 4, 2011, 8:46 PM EDT) -- Auto repossession technology companies MVConnect LLC and Recovery Manager Pro LLC on Monday dropped their antitrust claims against rival Recovery Database Network Inc.

The plaintiffs said they agreed to dismiss claims that RDN colluded with Digital Recognition Network Inc. to force the plaintiffs out of the business, as well as RDN's counterclaims, with prejudice. The order, signed by U.S. District Judge Royal Ferguson, did not discuss whether a settlement had been reached.

The plaintiffs' case against Digital Recognition Network is still going forward.
