Dow Accuses Former Exec Of Breaching Duties

Law360, New York (June 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Dow Chemical Co. has filed its answer and counterclaims in a $600 million dollar defamation suit filed by a former Dow executive who claims he was accused of being part of a conspiracy to sell Dow and branded a traitor to the company where he worked for 30 years.
