Judge Won't Revisit Cert. Ruling In Securitas FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (October 4, 2011, 9:46 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday refused to reconsider the partial denial of a conditional certification bid from three former Securitas Security Services USA Inc. workers who brought a Fair Labor Standards Act collective action against the company.

U.S. District Judge Harvey Bartle III denied the ex-Securitas guard's motion for reconsideration of a Aug. 17 order partially granting and partially denying a motion for conditional collective action certification.
