Dairy Co., Insurers Settle Organic Claims Coverage Row

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 8:26 PM EDT) -- Aurora Dairy Corp. on Monday settled consolidated suits in Colorado federal court alleging a group of insurers had a duty to defend the company in a slew of consumer class actions claiming its milk was falsely certified as organic.
