Rajaratnam Seeks To Keep Medical Docs Out Of Public Eye

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 9:09 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for convicted insider trader and Galleon Group LLC founder Raj Rajaratnam on Monday asked a federal judge to deny the government's motion to disclose the medical issues that he used in his bid for a more lenient sentence.

In a New York federal court filing, attorneys called the government's Sept. 29 motion to unseal Rajaratnam's medical documents "perplexing and indefensible."
