Bug Music CEO Fails To Block $300M BMG Merger

Law360, New York (October 4, 2011, 7:35 PM EDT) -- A Delaware court refused Friday to grant a temporary restraining order that would have blocked the $300 million sale of Bug Music Inc. to BMG Rights Management LLC in a lawsuit by Bug Music's CEO against the company's private equity owners.
