VA Staves Off Challenge Of $12B Tech Contract Award

Law360, New York (October 5, 2011, 5:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Tuesday nixed D&S Consulting Inc.'s challenge to its exclusion from the competition for a $12 billion U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs technology services contract that was ultimately awarded to 15 vendors.

Judge George W. Miller granted the government's motion for judgment on the administrative record while denying the contractor's parallel request at a hearing.
