Dow CEO Wants Claims Against Him Tossed

Law360 (June 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dow Chemical Co. President Andrew Liveris has gone on the offensive in the $75 million breach of contract suit filed against him and the company he heads, asking the Manhattan court handling the matter to dismiss the claims against him, or transfer the case.

Dow also countersued Reinhard at the end of May, and Reinhard answered Dow's counterclaim Thursday.
