NUHW President, Others Must Cover SEIU Legal Fees

Law360, New York (October 5, 2011, 10:40 PM EDT) -- A California judge ruled Monday that National Union of Healthcare Workers President Sal Rosselli and six others, who unsuccessfully sued the Service Employees International Union for allegedly resorting to intimidation and assault, must pay nearly $58,000 in legal fees and expenses incurred by the defendants.
