Law360, New York (October 6, 2011, 5:25 PM EDT) -- Labaton Sucharow LLP on Wednesday hit seven automotive wire harness system suppliers with a proposed antitrust class action in Michigan, a week after defendant Furukawa Electric Co. Ltd. pled guilty to similar price-fixing charges brought by U.S. prosecutors.
