Boat Owners Sue BP For Pay Over Deepwater Cleanup

Law360, New York (October 6, 2011, 8:45 PM EDT) -- A group of 36 Gulf Coast fishing boat owners sued BP America Production Co. on Thursday for allegedly failing to pay them money owed under contracts for cleanup work after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
