T-Mobile Says NetLogix Cooked Evidence In Contract Row

Law360, New York (October 7, 2011, 2:51 PM EDT) -- T-Mobile USA Inc. on Thursday accused former contractor NetLogix of destroying evidence, creating thousands of fake documents and offering to pay a fact witness for testimony in support of its $28 million breach of contract suit against T-Mobile.

T-Mobile asked a Seattle federal judge to sanction NetLogix by dismissing the case entirely.

“NetLogix’s misconduct involves much more than failing to preserve documents and data. NetLogix has intentionally destroyed and altered evidence, created and proffered false evidence, and offered to compensate a fact witness for his testimony,”...
