More Courts Warming To Noncompete Pacts, Attys Say

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 3:10 PM EST) -- Decisions in cases over restrictive covenants in employment agreements in 2011 showed judges are increasingly willing to enforce noncompetes as long as the pacts are not overly broad or unnecessarily restrictive, attorneys said.
