Realtor Group Locked Out Of High Court In FTC Fight

Law360, New York (October 11, 2011, 2:59 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday denied Realcomp II Ltd.'s request to weigh in on a Federal Trade Commission finding that the realtor group violated competition law by restricting the publication of certain low-cost real estate listings.
