High Court Rebuffs RSGI Bankers' Bid For More Cash

Law360, New York (October 11, 2011, 2:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear a case in which a group of ex-Robertson Stephens Group Inc. employees sought an additional award of deferred compensation after winning more than $14.7 million in damages in the longest-running New York Stock Exchange arbitration ever.
