Prosecutors Ask Judge To Dismiss KMPG Exec Suits

Law360, New York (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors have admitted that they violated the constitutional rights of several defendants in the illegal tax shelter case filed against several former KPMG LLP partners, and have asked a judge to dismiss the charges pending against 12 of the 16 defendants.
