Righthaven Tells 9th Circ. It Can't Secure Judgment Bond

Law360, Los Angeles (October 11, 2011, 7:35 PM EDT) -- Copyright holding company Righthaven LLC told the Ninth Circuit on Sunday that it’s been unable to come up with a bond to secure a $34,000 judgment awarded after the company unsuccessfully sued blogger Wayne Hoehn for reposting a Las Vegas Review-Journal article online.
