Amp'd, Verizon Wireless Reach Network Access Deal

Law360, New York (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Less than a month after Verizon Wireless threatened to kick Amp’d Mobile Inc. off its network, causing the mobile provider to file for bankruptcy, the two warring mobile carriers have reached a settlement that will allow Amp’d to receive the financial backing that will see it through Chapter 11 proceedings.
