No Overtime For Home Workers, Appeals Court Rules

Law360, New York (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Domestic service employees who work for companies that provide at-home companionship work are not eligible for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act, a circuit court has ruled, echoing a recent Supreme Court order.
