Ex-Deutsche VP Reaffirms Discrimination Claims

Law360 (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A 57-year old ex-vice president at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is fighting the bank's attempt to cite filing deadlines to slow his age-discrimination lawsuit.

Despite Deutsche's claims, none of the allegations in the complaint is barred by a statute of limitations, argued the plaintiff, Gerard Blant, in a court memorandum opposing Deutsche Bank's motion for partial dismissal filed June 11th.
