Potash Buyers Fight For Global Cartel Suit In 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 1:41 PM EDT) -- A group of U.S. potash purchasers last week said the Seventh Circuit had wrongly limited their ability to pursue antitrust claims against foreign companies in their class action accusing several international potash producers of participating in a global price-fixing scheme.
