Bearing Cos. Must Wait Out Appeal Before Liquidation: CIT

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 5:24 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday denied importers' bid to require the U.S. Department of Commerce to liquidate ball bearings from Japan and the U.K., saying such an order would not come until a related appeal was resolved.
