Fox Rothschild Profited From Ex-Firm's Cases: Atty

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 5:24 PM EDT) -- An attorney for dissolved New York law firm Akabas & Cohen told a state appeals court Thursday that the firm's lawsuit against Fox Rothschild LLP still had legs, saying Fox Rothschild improperly profited from cases a former Akabas partner brought to it.
