Lady Gaga Gets Lady Goo Goo Song Shelved For Now

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 7:56 PM EDT) -- Pop queen Lady Gaga won a U.K. court injunction Monday barring the owner of online children's game Moshi Monsters from releasing a music single by its popular Lady Goo Goo character, the company said.

Mind Candy Ltd. had sought to release “The Moshi Dance” on iTunes through its new music division Moshi Music, but the High Court of Justice granted Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, an interim injunction that will keep the song under wraps for now, Moshi Monsters said.
