DaimlerChrysler's Move To Delay Trial Pays Off

Law360 (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Frustrated at what they see as delay tactics by DaimlerChrysler, the plaintiffs in a product liability case against the car maker have promised to withdraw their claims for exemplary damages if the court grants the company's motion to postpone the pending trial.
