China Wants WTO Panel To Resolve US Zeroing Dispute

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 2:55 PM EDT) -- China’s Ministry of Commerce announced Friday that it has asked the World Trade Organization to set up a panel of experts to help settle a dispute over U.S. dumping duties on warmwater shrimp and diamond saw blades.

China says it is concerned that the trade dispute has remained unresolved despite lengthy negotiations between the two countries, according to a statement from the Ministry of Commerce.
