Fed. Circ. Revives Software License Suit Against DOJ

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 5:06 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday revived part of Trusted Integration Inc.'s suit against the government in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, one of two suits Trusted is pursuing against the U.S. over a license for software security technology.
