Lensmaker's Antitrust Suit Survives In Transitions MDL

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 5:31 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday trimmed several secondary claims from Vision-Ease Lens Worldwide Inc.'s antitrust suit amid multidistrict litigation against rival Transitions Optical Inc., keeping the bulk of the case intact.
